TrialRoom is an AI fashion try-on app that helps you preview outfits and styles on yourself before you shop. This Privacy Policy explains how TrialRoom collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, mobile apps, and related services.

Depending on how you use TrialRoom, we may collect:

• Photos, images, or camera content that you choose to upload or capture for virtual try-on previews.
• Generated try-on results, outfit selections, style preferences, and app interactions.
• Account or contact information, such as your name, email address, or support messages, if you provide it.
• Device and usage information, such as device type, operating system, app version, diagnostics, crash logs, and approximate region.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Generate realistic AI try-on previews and outfit swaps.
• Provide, maintain, personalize, and improve TrialRoom.
• Process support requests and communicate important service updates.
• Protect the app, prevent abuse, debug errors, and understand app performance.
• Comply with legal, platform, and security requirements.

Photos and AI Processing

TrialRoom uses the photos and clothing images you provide to create virtual try-on previews. Your images may be processed on our servers or by trusted service providers that help us operate AI image generation, storage, analytics, security, and support features. We do not sell your photos.

Only upload images that you have the right to use. Avoid uploading sensitive images, images of other people without appropriate permission, or images that you do not want processed for virtual try-on functionality.

Permissions

The app may request access to your camera or photo library so you can capture or select images for try-on previews. You can change these permissions through your device settings. If you disable permissions, some features may not work.

Sharing Information

We may share information with:

• Service providers that host, process, analyze, secure, or support TrialRoom.
• Apple or Google for app distribution, platform compliance, diagnostics, and app security.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
• A successor organization if TrialRoom is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of assets.

Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide TrialRoom, improve the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. Generated previews and uploaded images may be deleted or retained based on app functionality, user settings, technical requirements, and legal obligations.

Your Choices

You can choose not to upload photos, adjust device permissions, delete local app data, or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion directly in the TrialRoom app. Open the app, go to the Profile section, tap your email address, then scroll to the bottom and tap the Delete Account button. Account deletion may remove your account information and associated app data, subject to any information we must keep for legal, security, fraud prevention, or technical reasons.

Age-Appropriate Use

TrialRoom is intended to be used in an age-appropriate way, consistent with the app's App Store or Google Play listing, device settings, and any guidance from a parent or guardian where appropriate.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or mobile service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

International Use

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your location.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of TrialRoom after an update means the revised policy applies.
