These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TrialRoom, an AI fashion try-on app that helps you preview outfits and styles on yourself before you shop. By using TrialRoom, you agree to these Terms.

Using TrialRoom

TrialRoom provides virtual try-on previews for fashion, style discovery, and shopping assistance. AI-generated previews are for visualization only. Actual fit, color, texture, sizing, availability, and appearance may vary. TrialRoom does not guarantee that an item will fit or look exactly like a generated preview.

Age-Appropriate Use

TrialRoom is expected to be used in an age-appropriate way, consistent with the app's App Store or Google Play listing, device settings, and any guidance from a parent or guardian where appropriate.

Your Content

You may upload or capture photos, clothing images, and related content to use TrialRoom features. You keep your rights in your content, but you grant TrialRoom a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, modify, create generated previews from, display, and otherwise use your content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support TrialRoom.

You are responsible for the content you provide. Do not upload content unless you have the right to use it and allow TrialRoom to process it. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, exploitative, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, or privacy-violating content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use TrialRoom for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or harmful purposes.
• Upload images of another person without appropriate permission.
• Attempt to generate misleading, harmful, non-consensual, or exploitative images.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or interfere with TrialRoom or its systems.
• Bypass safety, access, usage, or security controls.
• Use TrialRoom to infringe intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

AI Results

AI-generated outputs may be imperfect, inaccurate, unexpected, or unavailable. You should review outputs before relying on them. TrialRoom may refuse, limit, remove, or disable content or outputs that violate these Terms, platform rules, law, or our safety standards.

Third-Party Services

TrialRoom may link to or work with third-party services, including app stores, analytics providers, AI service providers, hosting providers, and shopping destinations. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, products, or services.

Intellectual Property

TrialRoom, including its name, logo, app design, software, and related materials, is owned by TrialRoom or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of TrialRoom or permission to use our branding except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

Service Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue TrialRoom or any feature at any time. We may also set usage limits or restrict access if needed for security, legal compliance, technical operation, or violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers

TrialRoom is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrialRoom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of TrialRoom.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrialRoom from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of TrialRoom, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using TrialRoom at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to TrialRoom if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or used the service unlawfully.

You can request account deletion in the app by going to the Profile section, tapping your email address, then scrolling to the bottom and tapping the Delete Account button. We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or technical reasons.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of TrialRoom after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
